His background includes accessibility audits, equality impact assessments, inclusive policy development, governance frameworks, KPI and dashboard design, and targeted training for leaders and teams. Hafiz has worked extensively with complex, multi-country systems to embed inclusive strategy and strengthen long-term organisational capability.
