He has more than ten years of experience advancing equality, diversity, and inclusion across the Middle East, North Africa, and South Asia. His background includes accessibility audits, equality impact assessments, inclusive policy development, governance frameworks, KPI and dashboard design, and targeted training for leaders and teams. Hafiz has worked extensively with complex, multi-country systems to embed inclusive strategy and strengthen long-term organisational capability.

At Viridian Insights, Hafiz provides high-level advisory input across inclusive strategy and design, accessibility services, and corporate training and workshops related to inclusive leadership, bias awareness, and accessibility principles. He also supports skills development and career guidance, informed by long-standing experience in organisational learning and development.
